Saumon cuit au foin de campagne, aux agrumes et au saké façon Europea

Coincidence...Ricardo avait pour invité un des propriétaire du Café Europea ce matin  le Chef Jérome Ferrer qui a cuisiné ce saumon et aussi un Pot au Feu dans des pots Mason vraiment spécial !

« Je me suis toujours dit, plutôt que de rêver ta vie, vis tes rêves. Je ne suis pas ambitieux, simplement je me réalise à travers mes rêves », avoue celui qui a quitté la France à 26 ans, un peu par aigreur et surtout par lassitude. « La France est une société très hiérarchisée, qui évolue peu, et où il est difficile de développer des projets ambitieux. Désormais Franco-Canadien, Jérôme Ferrer n’a donc pas l’intention de repartir. Ce pays m’a fait renaître, assure-t-il, alors maintenant je reste ici !
