Martin : ''I'm a strong believer in going "above and beyond" the requirements, may it be in what you do, things you get and places you go. That there's beauty in things you see, and things you don't. That if you're building something, that even the hidden parts should be well done and nice. I try to teach this to my kids.

Every week in English Sabrina must right three sentences using one word out of a list of 10-12 of the words of the week. To go above and beyond I told her you should write more sentences and use ALL the words in the list, which she has since the beginning of the year.


Well yesterday it paid off. Sabrina got a "3 Cheers" for her extra effort. We're so proud.''
